Your payment may fail due to several reasons:
- You've attempted payment and it's failed too many times
- Incorrect card information
- You're making a payment outside the UK or with a card that is not UK-registered
- There is not enough money in your account
If the funds show as a pending payment in your account, they will be released back to you within 3-5 days.
If you believe your reason is different from the above, we advise you to contact your bank in the first instance.
