How do I change the phone number on my account or advert?

To update the phone number on a live advert follow these instructions.

1. Log in and select 'Account' in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select 'Vehicles you're selling' section in your account, and select 'Edit advert'.
3. At the bottom of the advert where your contact details are, you will be able to update your number under 'contact number'. Remember to publish changes.

Good to know: This can take up to 24 hours for the changes to show on the website

If you have a live advert with us, you'll need to have your advert ID ready. Your advert ID is a 9-digit number you can find in your confirmation email.
