Every advert will automatically appear in our search results once it's finished processing.
Adverts can take up to 24 hours to process, but are usually live within an hour.
When your advert went live, we sent you an email. In this, there was a link to 'view your advert' and one to 'view your advert in our search results'
If you select 'view your advert in our search results', the following filters will automatically be set:
- 'Seller type' will be set to 'Private sellers'
- 'Distance from you' will be set to 'Within 10 miles'
- 'Sort by' will be set to 'Distance'
If you're searching yourself and can't see your vehicle, make sure;
- You're searching in the right vehicle category
- You've cleared the search filters
- You set the 'Distance from you' search filter - this automatically sets to national and it's best to narrow this down to find your vehicle
- You change 'Sort by' to 'Distance' - this will show vehicles closest to your postcode first
- You change 'Seller type' to 'Private sellers'
- You change the 'Make and model' filter to match the make and model of your vehicle
If you've followed the above steps, it's been more than 24 hours and you still can't see your advert, please get in touch
