If you've forgotten your password, your manager can send you a password reset email.
Please note: They can't change it for you.
To do this, your manager needs to:
- Head to ‘Settings’ in the left-hand menu
- Select ‘Account’
- Then ‘Users’
- Select the user you want to reset
- Then select ‘Send password reset email to user’ underneath the password box
- You'll get an email to reset your password
