Lender ordering allows you to:
- Switch lenders on or off from showing on your lender send screen
- Order your lenders
- Set different orders by branch/dealership
- Limit the number of lenders which show to enforce a prescribed order
- Set up the unlocking of the prescribed ordering of lenders
Good to know: If you have a multi-account hierarchy this needs to be done at the master level.
Ordering
You can order your lenders and switch them on or off by following these instructions:
- Log in to AutoConvert
- Head to 'Settings' on the left-hand menu
- Then select 'Lender'
- Then press 'Ordering.' If this is the first time you’ve been to this section, you will need to set up your first ordering group.
- Select 'Add' in the top right and enter the name of the ordering group
- Select 'Save'
If the AutoConvert team has done this for you, it will probably be called 'Default' or 'Ordering.' Please feel free to edit this.
The drag and drop functionality is used by pressing and holding on the lender you want to move and dragging it to the new position.
If you have a multi-account hierarchy with dealerships/branches set up and need a different order for each, you can use the same area to set all of this up.
Please note: You need to do this at the master level. You will see the application strategy where you can select:
- Apply to all sub-accounts: All sub-accounts will use this order if you select this
- Apply to specified sub-accounts: Selecting this will display an additional area on the user interface, which allows you to select the dealerships/branches you’d like this order to apply to.
- Exclude specified sub-accounts: This is used as the opposite to the above and just gives another option.
Limiting Lenders
Limiting the number of lenders gives you the ability to force an order.
For example: If you had this set with 5 lenders in your lending panel, then when one of your team heads to the 'send to lender' section they’d only see the first possible lender from the ordering you’ve set. The system moves onto the next lender when required.
