What are email templates used for?

How do I set up a master template?
- Select 'Settings' in the left-hand menu
- Select 'Templates'
- Select 'Email'
- Select 'Add master template'
- The 'Content' box makes it easy to build a template and you can choose colours, fonts, insert images and add your own code
- The Master email template needs to have the 'Email Master Template Content' replacement token in order to work.
- Once you're happy, select 'Submit'

How do I customise a master template?
You can customise a master template so your emails always use your company branding.
- Select 'Settings' in the left-hand menu
- Select 'Account' then 'Replacement tokens'
- Select the replacement token you want to update, then select the correct account/sub-account to 'Edit' it
How do I set up an email template?
- Select 'Settings' in the left-hand menu
- Select 'Templates' then 'Email'
- Select 'Add email template'
- Check you're happy by selecting 'Preview'
- Then select 'Save changes'
