Please send us the following documentation to customersecurity@autotrader.co.uk:
- A copy of the V5C document
- A photo of your driving license
- The registration of the vehicle you want to sell
What happens next?
Once you've given us the above information, our team will review and get back to you with an update as soon as possible.
Any changes that are made to your account will not be permanent, so you could be flagged as a trader again in the future. If this happens, you'll need to follow the same process.
