- Your advert ID. Your advert ID is a 9-digit number you can find in your confirmation email or on your advert in your account.
- Device e.g. Google Pixel 10 Pro or Windows laptop
- Operating system e.g. Android 14 or Windows 10
- Browser e.g. Chrome or Microsoft Edge
- 2 of the images you're trying to upload
