We have a database of UK postcodes that gets updated regularly. This allows us to calculate search distances. However, new buildings can cause data issues and sometimes take a little while to appear on our site.
If this is the case, you will see an error in red saying, 'Enter a valid UK postcode'
How to fix this
- If you live in a new build, it's best to choose another postcode close by. You should still be able to find vehicles in your area this way.
- If you live outside the UK, you'll need to use a valid postcode in the UK near where you would like to buy a vehicle
