You should only complete a deal when you've spoken to the customer and they have confirmed they're happy to move forward with the sale.
1) In Portal, select the required deal. You'll then see a 'complete deal' button at the bottom.
2) Once selected, a message will appear to let you know that completing the sale will mark the vehicle as sold. Good to know: We'll return the £99 reservation payment to the customer.
3) The vehicle will be moved to your 'sold' stock
Good to know: A customer will have the option to complete their deal by confirming the sale 2 hours after submitting the order. If they complete the order, we'll let you know in Portal.
