You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
- Log in to Portal
- Select 'Support' in the top right
- In the 'Have a question box?' select:
- 'My Account Details' in the 'Please select a category' drop-down
- 'I would like to change my invoice address' in the 'Please select a question' drop-down
- Add your new address under 'New invoice address'
- Select 'Submit'
