You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
- Log in to Portal
- Select 'Support' in the top right
- In the 'Have a question box?' select:
- 'Billing' in the 'Please select a category' drop-down
- 'I'd like a copy of my invoice' in the 'Please select a question' drop-down
- Select a time period. If the time period is not listed, you can enter one under 'If other, please specify'.
- Select 'Submit'
