1. Select the deal in Portal through Sales Hub and select the 'Add a part exchange' button.
2. Once selected, a pop-up will ask you to add the registration, mileage and finance status
3. Select 'Get valuations'
4. Select the 'Condition'
5. Once you're happy with the valuation, select 'Add part exchange'
