You can contact account support or fill in a form in Portal.
How to complete the form
- Sign in to Portal
- Head to the 'Support' in the top right
- In the 'Have a question box?' select:
- 'Billing' in the 'Please select a category' drop-down
- 'I would like to set up E-Billing' in the 'Please select a question' drop-down
- Add your email address under 'Email address'
- Select 'Submit'.
