To manage your call settings in Portal:
- Log in to Portal
- Head to 'Account' in the top right-hand corner
- In the drop-down menu, select 'Settings' then 'Call settings'
- Here you can edit your call settings. For example, where a call redirects to, and where missed call alerts are sent
- Once you're happy, select 'Save' in the bottom right corner
- Make sure you complete a line test. If it's successful, the settings will be saved.
