If a customer cancels their deal:
- We'll email you to let you know
- We'll move the deal into the 'Action Needed' section of Sales Hub in Portal
- If they've paid a £99 reservation fee, we'll refund it
When you view the deal in Portal, you'll be able to see the reason they've cancelled and take action if you need to. The deal will then move into the 'Cancelled' section.
If you need to move it back, select the 'Mark as action needed' button.
