What should I do if I get a VAT error message for my stock in ClickDMS?

If you use Click Dealer's ClickDMS system you may get a 'vehicle rejected due to VAT status as light commercial vehicle' error message. To fix this:

1. Go to the vehicle details in ClickDMS
2. Select the 'Sale' tab. Make sure the 'DE Category' dropdown is selected as 'LCV'
3. Select 'update vehicle' to save the changes
4. Check the 'vehicle details' section to make sure it's mapped correctly
