Wait Time
A logistics company may charge a 'wait time' if the vehicle isn't ready within 30 minutes of the collection time. To avoid an 'abort' charge, the logistics company may agree to wait for the vehicle for an hourly wait charge on top of the move fee.
Optional Expenses
If you want the car washed before delivery, a logistics companies can add this on to the 'expense allowance' section of the listing. You'll need to state the amount as well as the reason.
