'Highly Rated' is an annual award for dealers who have excelled in their service through reviews.
We review the standards each year. For 2026, Highly Rated dealers will, for the last 12 months:
Achieved an average rating of 4.5 stars and above
Consistently generated reviews. The number of reviews required is proportionate to the amount of sales made
Replied to 95% of 1 and 2 star reviews
- Have received a minimum of 10 reviews
If you were Highly Rated last year, it doesn't mean you will be this year, as standards can change and improve.
