How do I invite my customers to leave a review?

1. Log in to Portal
2. Head to 'Stock' in the top left-hand corner
3. Select 'Stock & Ads' in the drop-down menu
4. Select the vehicle you want a review for
5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the 'Request review' button
6. Enter your customer's contact details and they’ll receive an invite in their mailbox. These reviews will show as ‘verified’ reviews, which means that they actually purchased a vehicle from you.  

Archived vehicles

If you want to invite a customer to leave a review on an archived vehicle:

1. Select 'Stock' in the top left-hand corner
2. Select 'Archived vehicles' in the drop-down menu
3. Select the button with the three dots on the left of the vehicle you want the review for.
4. Select 'Request review'
5. Enter your customer's contact details and they’ll receive an invite in their mailbox. These reviews will show as ‘verified’ reviews, which means that they actually purchased a vehicle from you.
