2. Head to 'Dashboard' on the left-hand side. Here you can see your 'Sales', 'Emails and 'Monitored Reviews'
4. Head to 'Feedback' on the left-hand side. Here, you can search your reviews by their star rating. You can also look at the reviews you need to reply to.
